Our community is also conveniently close to California State University, Northridge. While there’s plenty to do right in the neighborhood, Cypress Point also offers easy access for commuting or exploring further. Our apartments do not include in-unit washers or dryers. However, we have an on-site laundry facility for our residents. You can pay with an app or use coins.

All of our apartment homes include a stove, oven, and refrigerator. In select apartments, you will also find a dishwasher and microwave.

Yes! We provide a resident portal that allows you to conveniently pay rent online and submit maintenance work orders.
What is the maintenance process?
We have a highly-rated in-house maintenance team dedicated to keeping our community in excellent condition. Residents can submit work orders through our online portal.
Who should I contact for urgent maintenance requests?
For urgent maintenance requests during regular business hours, please reach out to the on-site management team. After hours, residents receive an emergency maintenance contact number for situations that require immediate attention.
Are there security cameras?
Yes, we have 24/7 surveillance cameras throughout the property.
Are the locks changed between tenants?
Yes, we replace the locks in every apartment after a resident moves out.
